PaymentRite collects the details you submit to respond to your payment-processing enquiry.
What we collect
The form asks for name, business, phone, email, business type, a monthly processing-volume range, current processor and your message. Do not include passwords, payment-card details or sensitive documents.
Where your enquiry goes
Your enquiry is saved privately in this WordPress site and sent to the shared ProcessRite CRM hosted on Render. The existing CRM sends lead notifications and includes source-labelled activity in the owner’s daily report. PaymentRite and ProcessRite share ownership. We use the information to respond and follow up; this form does not opt you into automated marketing texts.
Service providers and requests
Hosting and email providers process information necessary to operate the service. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion, subject to records needed for existing transactions or other applicable obligations.
